In August 2017, as part of its customer service philosophy and its conscious efforts to find ways to actively contribute to clients’ growth, by offering specialized translation services with quality and excellence, decided to implement a quality management system, leading to our earning ISO 9001:2015 certification (Certificate No. FS-3281118) in November 2018, valid through November 26, 2021.

The scope of our quality system comprises the processes of: "translation and proofreading of all kinds of texts and documents into different languages," focusing on ongoing improvement, commitment by senior management, and teamwork through all levels of our organization.
